Here's some meals I've prepared over the past few years. Most are from my favorite cookbook, Yan-Kit's Classic Chinese Cookbook, though some are from another very good one, The Wisdom Of The Chinese Kitchen.

Finally, two other cookbooks I would recommend are: I'm Just Here For The Food by Alton Brown, and How To Cook Everything by Mark Bittman.
